Includes fast WiFi, private parking spot, smart TV, stocked kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Walk to Whole Foods, only 2 miles from the convention center, 3 miles from the U of U and the hospital, while being only 40 minutes from Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, 35 minutes from Park City, and only 15 minutes from the airport.
We had brand new windows installed that has helped a lot with the noise but traffic can be heard some when it is there on 700 East.

Cute condo on top of an old barber shop and cleaner. Centrally located in Salt Lake City. Walking distance to Trolley Square, Whole Foods, donut shop. Neighborhood is a bit heterogeneous but very convenient access to city with our car. There is noise at night from the street but lots of fans in the condo and we did not notice after awhile. Appreciated the parking spot and security camera. Very clean condo with all the amenities. Appreciated the coffee, laundry, and parking spot. Overall great stay!
Nice cozy little apartment close to some very cool neighborhoods in Salt Lake City!
Loved location & room..will bring earphones next time Positive: Great location Room is super & clean Negative: The street noise is troublesome Might consider noise deadening or white noise earphones Steep stairs find for me but elderly with arthritis
