Expansive mountain and ski resort views from either the lower deck which includes the hot tub, gas fire pit and wood pellet grill, or above on the headmaster suite balcony. A stones throw or short walk to dozens of restaurants, bars, grocery stores and entertainment in Kimball Junction, and a short drive to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley, Utah Olympic Park, and Historic Main Street Park City.
On the main floor of our home you'll find an open concept with beautiful hardwood floors and exposed wood beams on the ceiling giving it a dramatic touch. Relax in the living area on a stylish couch and enjoy the ambiance created with the gas fireplace. Next to the living room and out the sliding glass back door you'll find our lower patio with the hot tub, gas fire pit and wood pellet grill.
The chef's kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel and is fully equipped.
Next to the kitchen is one of the three full bathrooms.
Upstairs is home to the the headmaster bedroom suite which includes a private balcony and ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom which also includes an ensuite bathroom, and the second living room with the twin trundle bed to accommodate a larger group or family.
