Cottage on Main - Only Minutes to Downtown SLC!

Positive: The place was clean and modern Negative: The basement was absolutely freezing!! The low ceilings in the basement made it difficult to move around.

The host was very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the property did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. The kitchen countertops had visible stains and residue, the floors were extremely dirty, and dust was present throughout the house. We dropped an item on the floor and used a wet paper towel to clean the area; the paper towel turned completely black from the dirt on the floor. The walls were heavily scuffed and had several large stains. The level of cleanliness made us uncomfortable using many areas of the home. We did not feel comfortable sitting on much of the furniture, and there was a persistent dusty, musty odor throughout the house. As a result, we spent as little time inside as possible. The downstairs rooms also have very low ceilings, requiring us to duck while moving around. The location was convenient and close to a great coffee shop, but the surrounding area felt somewhat questionable.

Drew was great, such a good spot and super communicative! We will stay again if available!
