Cabin on Big Cottonwood River

With breathtaking views of Storm Mountain, a porch and patio looking directly over the tranquil trout of Big Cottonwood River, and hiking trails and wildlife proliferate, what more could you ask for? How about being only a 5 minute drive to the amenities of Salt Lake and only 15 minutes to Solitude and Brighton Ski resorts. Also being only 15 mins to Little Cottonwood Canyon, home of Alta and Snowbird, "The Huckleberry" has a cottage charm and is the best canyon location in the Wasatch.

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and an optional pullout couch in the living room. "The Huckleberry" is a cozy historic cottage with beautiful mountain views right on the river, and old mining trails surround the neighborhood.

We don't want to ruin the surprise but you'll be smitten with this neighborhood and the entire cottage on the river is included with your stay.

Quite small neighborhood tucked in the mountains

Big Cottonwood Canyon road is well maintained but requires 4x4 during and after every winter storm. Please be prepared for snowy roads in the winter.
